Even now in my mind,
that row remains VIVID –
I tried to stay CIVIL
but you ended up LIVID.

    Reading this verse, I murmured ‘h(MM)

    D’s no Roman number!’

    But then I checked, it’s VXC,

    Bilston’s bright; I’m dumber.
